Just Yesterday

.. I went to visit Elyse in her 'hood. It's so quiet around those parts. Tranquil, even. I wish I had of taken more pictures! It's so pretty and Elyse looked cute. I have no idea how to photograph a human being. I just kind of peered at Elyse with a sense of panic also some dread and snapped away. People are hard to frame! elysespin
The non-moving food is the best of all the subjects! Any suggestions? On an unrelated note, I have a hideous caffeine hangover from the three coffees I slurped yesterday, including two icey ones. Om. The McDonalds coffee kick frappe is really good! With all that ice I might even think of it as hydrating. Of course, there was also the vanilla-creme-ice-creme-milky-iced coffee. The natural conclusion to the caffeination was night-long feverish thoughts and heart palpitations, but that's all part of the fun!
As atrocious as I am at humanoid photography, I really am even worse at standing in front of the camera.

Oh I have new sunnies! They were acquired with the birthday money of '11. I dropped my dearly beloved Chloe ones on the gravel at Red Hill Cheese. So sad. It was hard to choose new ones but I was drawn to the butterflyesqueness of this pair.

P.S Thanks Elyse for the pictures of me <3

I think your photos are fine...always so pretty. I think with people it's best not shooting them front on...your new sunnies picture is good example (in my totally uneducated opinion that is).
